So I am sat here post 2nd Hip replacement revisionary operation and thought would update the site to go with my new book, 8 week weight loss challenge and the new year big Detox push guys !!

Next Year is a great sponsorship year for Motor Neuron disease and we at Flatsnout are organising a Great North Run on 10th September and a 3 peaks Challenge on the Long Summer weekend of 21st July 2018.......
