#### Class Schedule:
- **Monday at 6 PM++
- **Saturday at 12 PM**

#### What to Bring:
- **Comfortable Workout Clothes:** Wear something that allows you to move freely.
- **Boxing Gloves:** If you have your own gloves, great! If not, we have some available for you to use.
- **Water Bottle:** Stay hydrated during your workouts.
