For my Flatsnout Training principle to work you must adhere to the fitness homework set in your folders daily.  These are usually 20-40 minutes depending on your fitness levels. They are vital to linking the sessions whereby you burn 500-750 k/cals with me and whilst also adopting the hi protein diet.
