Finish the working week strong with a decent paced 3 miler....
The benefits to regular exercise/ running are huge. For boxers they are essential, a boxer running regularly has the gas to train hard and learn and progress.
Skip the running and you lose this stamina and
having a good base line to work. Steady state/ interval (fartleck) and sprint training will have a direct, profound effect on your ability to keep going boxing and training.
Its literally worth its weight in gold !
Never skip your runs....
