-reduce calorie intake 250 calls per day ( start by cutting crap out)


-this 500 cals, each day gives you a calorie deficit of 3500 cals per week. About 2.2 lbs of fat.


-eat healithy, reduce sat fat meals. Reduce caffeine/alcohol/nicotine stimulants (improve rest)


-take pics weekly/ take measurements to record progression
