Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude, is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. It can have a big impact on your physical and mental health. That doesn't mean you ignore reality or make light of problems.


How to think positive thoughts

  4. Open yourself up to humor. ...

  5. Spend time with positive people. ...

According to the positive mental attitude philosophy, a positive mindset is synonymous with hope, optimism, courage, and kindness. It also means not giving in to negativity and hopelessness even in difficult situations.


Negative thought includes negative beliefs you might have about yourself, situations, or others. They can affect your mood and can be present in certain mental health conditions. 9 Examples are, "I'll never be good enough," "They must think I'm stupid for saying that," "That situation is destined to turn out badly."


Stay away from thinking negatively, if you slip in that mode through a mood or situation, think to yourself "I'm being positive!", and go for the positive action, ( go training !) The endorphins will boost your mood no end !
