With Chrimbo day falling behind us and New Year looming, were in that 'No-mans land', of this time of year....


Diets and exercise get forgotten and its all about partying and seeing the family !


When the alarm bell rings next Monday, its back to normal, January is upon us and all the festivities and diets and lack of exercise, catch us up !


New Year-New me , I hear you cry !


So get on it, don't procrastinate and talk crap !


Get on it, Plan and execute !



Plan a Detox 23, with a set of 121s and class/ bootcamps.


Set yourself a realistic target to achieve weekly, with


-Weight training

-Swimming

-Runs

-121 boxing training

-Boxing classes/bootcamps


All included. Get yourself a diary planner, write out what your going to do (plan) and Do it (Execute)



The key here is CONSISTENTCY


-As in making it happen.

-Set yourself a challenge, either in weight loss terms or say set yourself a target with a date, our charity boxing fight night 4 !?


If you interested, were still recruiting.


Perhaps, you've boxed before and had to stop, for what ever reason, now could be your time.
