No-mans land !


Keep on the runs guys !


The no-mans land between Christmas and New Year is a bad time usually, for diet and exercise.


The trick is

-maintaining a run or two this week and eat decent high protein recipes when you can.


- keep drinking 3 litres lemon water daily


-come down this Tues/ Wed for 121s


-try the outdoor class tues 7-8pm
